1. Hot Cocoa Mug Cake

Ingredients:
- ¼ Cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp of granulated sugar
- ¼ cup of hot cocoa / hot chocolate mix
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp fine salt
- ¼ cup hot water
- 2 Tbsp vegetable or canola oil
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp chocolate chips
Directions:
Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup flour, 2 Tbsp granulated sugar, ¼ cup of hot cocoa mix, ¼ tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Step 2: Add ¼ cup of hot water, 2 Tbsp vegetable or Canola oil, and ¼ tsp vanilla extract. Stir all of these ingredients together with a whisk until there are no clumps of flour remaining.
Step 3: Pour all of the ingredients in the bowl into a 12-oz or more microwave-safe mug, and sprinkle one Tbsp of chocolate chips on top.
Step 4: Heat this in the microwave for 60 seconds. After the time is up, make sure it is ready by sticking a toothpick in the center. If it comes out mostly clean, the mug cake is ready! If the toothpick comes out covered in batter, put the mug in for 15 more seconds, repeat until it is completely cooked.
Step 5: Let the mug cake cool for a couple of minutes, then enjoy! Add whipped cream or chocolate sauce if you want to.
2. Snickerdoodle Kiss Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 Cup granulated sugar
- ½ Cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 Cups all-purpose flour
Topping ingredients:
- ⅓ Cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Hershey Kisses
Directions:
Step one: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugars and beat them until the consistency is light and fluffy.
Step 2: Mix in one egg at a time, followed by Vanilla
Step 3: Add salt, cinnamon, and baking powder, and mix them.
Step 4: Mix in 1 cup of flour at a time, increasing speed after each addition. mix until no streaks remain.
Step 5: Put the bowl of dough in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
Step 6: Preheat the oven to 350° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 7: Now time to make the cinnamon sugar mix! In a separate bowl, add ⅓ cup of sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon and stir together.
Step 8: Using your hands, take little amounts of dough and roll them into one-inch balls. Before placing them on the baking sheet, roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture you made in the previous step.
Step 9: Space the cookies about 2 inches apart and bake for 12 minutes.
Step 10: Before the cookies come out of the oven, make sure you have unwrapped Hershey Kisses set aside, ready to place on the cookies when they are done baking.
Step 11: When the cookies are ready, take them from the oven and immediately press a Hershey Kiss into the center of each cookie. Then transfer the cookies to a cooling rack and allow the chocolate to set!
