Seniors gathered in the auditorium during third period on Thursday, March 7, for the Spring Senior Class Meeting. With graduation right around the corner, the Senior Class Meeting provided a platform for reflection, celebration, and preparation. Seniors received valuable guidance and encouragement from faculty members and school administrators.

One of the highlights of the gathering was the unveiling of exciting upcoming events and opportunities, created specifically for the class of 2024. Senior prom, scheduled for May 10 at Pinstripes in Pike and Rose, will have the theme “Disco Fever.” Graduation, set for June 10 at 9:00 a.m. at The University of Maryland Baltimore County, will now allow graduating seniors the opportunity to invite six guests.

During the meeting, seniors were reminded about important material collection deadlines. By May 24, all chromebooks, chargers and textbooks must be returned to their homeroom teachers. Students who do not return all materials on time will be issued an obligation. Students with outstanding obligations after May 24 will not receive their cap  &  gown until the obligation is cleared. Students can pay all financial obligations through SchoolCash Online.

Reflecting on the journey so far, Ms. Shapiro, Senior Class Administrator, expressed her pride in the growth and accomplishments of the graduating class. “It has been a pleasure working with everyone over the years,” Shapiro said. “I have enjoyed watching you all grow as people, and I am so proud of the seniors who have balanced various responsibilities while continuing to excel in the classroom.”
