Volleyball Bounces Back Against Einstein After a Tough Loss to Wootton

The volleyball team is in high gear after a tough matchup against Einstein on Sept. 14. The Barons were able to bounce back from a loss against Wooton on Sept. 6 in a thrilling win over Einstein sweeping with scores of 25-14, 25-15 and 25-14. Junior Carolina Parkhurst said, “Our team has been working on communication and court awareness.” The team demonstrated their hard work in their matchup against the Einstein Titans as the girls dominated the court.

Although they lost all three sets to the Wootton Patriots, the girls kept it close with scores of 17-25, 22-25, and 18-25. Following the game, Junior Audrey Kong said, “We are an incredibly strong team and work well together.”

The Barons hope to continue their winning spirit on Monday, Sept. 18 in their home game against Churchill at 6:30 p.m.
