On December 4, students had the opportunity to explore new academic possibilities during the annual Elective Fair. The event took place in the first-floor hallways during English classes, giving students time to explore booths hosted by various departments. Student representatives showcased a wide range of electives with colorful displays, course materials, and interactive presentations.
The elective fair runs yearly, informing students about B-CC’s course offerings and encouraging them to choose electives based on their interests. Most booths had 2-3 students explaining the class structure and answering any questions. Electives are a great way for students to explore their interests in a stress-free environment. Freshman Penny Sher shared, “The club fair was super fun and I loved seeing all the different activities people wanted to do together.”
