Ever since Discovery took control of popular news network CNN, the network has been ridiculed for its uninspired stories based on boring topics such as elections, wars and protein shakes. They have also been accused of making up information such as the moon landing. Protesters have lined up at the CNN offices with picket signs reading “Say NO to CNN Say YES to The Snitch!”
In response to the extreme back lash CNN has announced that they will be moving their focus from world news to everything involving the wonderful creatures that are Bees! They have announced that they are changing their name to BNN standing for “Bee News Network”.
To investigate the change we scheduled an interview with the senior vice president of BNN and famous maroon 5 star Adam Levine.
When we asked Levine how everyone was feeling about the big change he responded with “We’re obviously nervous about doing something so new but we’re all feeling incredibly excited. We think this is our best idea since CNN+” When asked if he thinks the change will entice new and returning viewers he stated “Definitely! We all feel much more confident and motivated now because we are no longer pulled down by our need to cover stupid politics and now we can focus on what we truly love!”
A few days after the interview took place, BNN released its first official story: “BREAKING NEWS: POLLINATION UP 200%!” This singular article raked in the most readers the website had since 2016. BNN has been running for three months now and shows no signs of slowing down.
Currently BNN has the second most returning viewers, closely behind The Snitch. “We are all in awe of the amazing apian stories provided by BNN. We will now transition to only covering stories about our namesake.” says Lachlan Murdoch, CEO of FOX.
