On Saturday, November 9, the B-CC Trivia team dominated the competition on “It’s Academic,” a televised quiz show on PBS. Facing DeMatha Catholic High School and Benjamin Banneker High School, B-CC’s team came in clutch with a decisive lead, scoring a total of 410 points, while Banneker had 290 and DeMatha scored 270.
It’s Academic is a long-running quiz show where high school teams compete by answering questions on history, science, and more. B-CC’s team was represented by Zach Ehrenberg, Seth Gehl, and captain Micah Paul. They all showed strong performances, securing their placement into the next round of the competition.
