Sisters’ Sandwiches and Such is opening its newest location in Bethesda. The sandwich shop already has locations in Olney and Germantown. Diners will be offered menu items like chili, sandwiches, soups, fries, and salads. The restaurant will be located at 4520 East-West Highway, the former location of Perfect Pita. This will make it one of the closest restaurants to B-CC for diners who want convenience and a wide variety of menu options.
Prior to 11AM, the restaurant will serve various bagels with a wide array of toppings, pancakes, and avocado toast. The eclectic menu has been tried and tested in Sisters’ other locations. Restaurant Co-owner Ravi Abeynayake said, “Having worked at a sandwich restaurant in the B-CC area previously, I noticed how people of all age groups enjoy sandwiches.” Abeynayake expressed enthusiasm about opening a location near B-CC and said that he might eventually hire students for afternoon shifts.
